I was concerned about a buildup of fluid under the skin between the knuckles on my middle finger. As it comes and goes with no apparent cause, I decided to muscle test. That led me to my hypothalamus, with an underlying inherited Trapped Emotion of crying. The result of clearing it was that the bump was greatly reduce by morning and I experienced the most restful night of sleep I've had for years. What a surprise. I had no idea the hypothalamus was so influential in sleep quality.
