On Worry and Guilt

I release all feelings of worry and guilt. Throughout life, the two most futile emotions are guilt for what has been done and worry about what might be done. - Dr. Wayne Dyer

Gratitude List

From The Secret Daily Teachings
To understand the power and the magic of gratitude, you have to experience it for yourself. So why not begin by deciding to find 100 things a day to be grateful for?
If you practice gratitude every day it won't take long before gratitude is your natural state of being, and when that happens you will have unlocked one of the greatest secrets to life.
May the joy be with you,

If you have not experienced what you want in your life

If you have not experienced what you want in your life, it is not because God has failed to answer your prayers. Rather, it is because you have been thinking, speaking, or acting in contradiction to what you have been desiring.

Current Vibrational Frequency

As you deliberately look for positive aspects in others who surround you, you will train your Vibrational propensity into increasing improved Vibrations. So it does not matter how many negative thoughts you have thought before, or how long you have been negatively focused. You can deliberately focus—right now—on an improved thought.
Because the Law of Attraction is responding to your current thought, more thoughts like that current thought are most likely to come into focus for you. In other words, the Law of Attraction (that which is like unto itself, is drawn) will continue to dish up for you more and more thoughts that match your current Vibrational frequency. And so, the more you deliberately choose better-feeling thoughts, the more easy and ready access you will have to much better-feeling
We teach meditation because it is actually easier, in some situations, to help you find “no thought” than to find a positive thought. . . . There is no better path to wonderful, meaningful, good-feeling relationships than the combination of a daily meditation—allowing your Vibration to find its natural balance—and the deliberate focusing upon positive aspects.

Nothing Can Stop You

“If you know that no matter what happens your life is serving your dreams, then nothing can stop you”~Dr. John DeMartini

Loving all parts of us, even the ones we were taught to hate

Very recently I had the opportunity to attend two of De Demartini's lectures in Cyprus and I was absolutely inspired from what I saw and learned. This is not about Infatuation or about putting people on pedestals and minimizing our selves. In fact, the very thing I am talking about was among pillars of his talks, explaining clearly that the very things that we admire in people, we have all of them inside us, but we are too humble to admit it. The same goes for the things we hate in others, we too have all of those traits inside us. We are all that and if we believe that Unconditional Love should be our ultimate quest, then we should love all our parts, not only the half of them, that we have been taught to love. The reason for that being is that everybody that we see around us, is mirroring something about us, otherwise he would not be around us. Putting people on pedestals or hating other people, is a pure act of not seeing the essence of what we have before us, because the very things we love or hate, are simply inside us! Where else could they possibly be? In Joe Vitale's words '' we are like a walking movie projector and all we see around us , is nothing else, but a reflection of our self. It is so simple! If we really want to change anything that we see around us, the process is quite clear and straight forward, we have to change our selves. I am not saying that is easy, far from that, bust instead of trying to change seven billion people that live in the world today, would not be much easier, to change our selves? Think about it, it is a no brainer! We admire Mother Teresa , Nelson Mandela and Einstein lets say, because we have those traits inside us, the love, the kindness, the cleverness and all the rest. Similarly we hate people like Hitler, Stalin or Musolini because in some parts of our lives, a part of our personality, have acted in a dictating, harsh and imposing manner, consciously or unconsciously. The great Philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer said that our greatest accomplishment would be to see ourselves in every single person in the world, own that knowledge and not believe that what we see as something separate. Accept every person as it is and never forget that in a strange magical way, that person is in fact you after all! Conflict arises only when we disown things or certain attributes. By understanding that we are all that and that we own everything, nothing anyone would say at us, could possibly upset us. How could we ever be upset from something something that we have inside us? We are everything, the good and bad, nice and mean, the pretty and ugly, the ups and downs, the positive and negative, yes we are all that. The magnet always has two sides, it would not function otherwise

Nothing Out There Is Impossible

Rosanna Sardella from Calgary captured a large orb in this photo she took when I was speaking at Hay House’s I Can Do It Conference in Vancouver last March.
Sometimes there are things you can encounter on your spiritual path that may surprise and puzzle you. About a year ago I started to notice that bright circles of light, “orbs,” were showing up in the photos people took of me at speaking events. (For a prominent scientist’s view of the fascinating phenomenon of orbs, check out the work of Klaus and Gundi Heinemann in their book, Orbs: Their Mission and Message of Hope.)
Some of the photos people showed me contained gigantic orbs; others had as many as 20 of these light circles clustered around me on stage. Another photo surfaced of a woman at our Australia event. She had a serious weight problem. I had put my arms around her and was looking into her face, telling her about how she was going to change. The photo showed a huge orb hovering over us. From my talk in Vancouver last spring came photos of me and my daughter Skye with beautiful orbs around us that almost looked like they had faces. At another event in Calgary, orbs appeared in a photo of a girl on stage who had been healed of facial paralysis.
The appearance of these orbs is only one of a number of “things intriguing and bizarre” coming into my experience. The final chapter in my upcoming book Wishes Fulfilled (scheduled to release early next year) is about opening yourself up to all possibilities and realizing that there’s nothing out there that’s impossible. The New Testament says that, with God, all things are possible—that leaves nothing out.
So why are these orbs showing up now? It feels like it has something to do with the message of God-consciousness and the God-realized life that is becoming a stronger focus in my work. God is within all of us; we are all pieces of God, not bodies but spirit. When confronted with miraculous things, a friend advised me to “stop being surprised and just accept them.” But I need to be surprised. The surprise fuels my message. I know you will be surprised by some of the things I write and speak about. You may be experiencing some startling and seemingly miraculous events of your own. Be at peace with surprise. The challenge of a healthy skepticism gives strength to faith and wisdom.

On Miracles

There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle.

Change in Consciousness

One simple change - seeking and finding peace within - could, were it undertaken by everyone, end all wars, eliminate conflict, prevent injustice, and bring the world everlasting peace. World peace is a personal thing. What is needed is not a change of circumstance, but a change of consciousness - Neale Donald Walsch

Where Peace Lives - Dr Wayne W. Dyer

If you want to be a voice for peace in the world, begin by making peace a permanent condition of your own life. Your higher self knows the way, and all it takes is awareness and a determination to listen to the calling of love, forgiveness, and kindness as you move through your days. Here are a few ideas to think about:
  1. You must offer peace to have it. Think of yourself as a peaceful person. Watch out for your ego’s inclination to take offense and ramp up confrontation and disturbance in the lives of others. Try saying, “You are really having a rough day,” to a harried clerk, rather than, “I’ve been waiting for fifteen minutes already.” Let your loving presence, not your ego, guide your words and actions.
  2. Remember that grievances bring turmoil while communication brings peace. You can shed grievances by letting go of your own self-absorption and practicing forgiveness. If you are angry toward someone in your life, work at communicating with that person. A few moments of discussion and forgiveness can send the turmoil away and weaken the influence of your anxiety-loving ego.
  3. Give yourself the gift of a silent retreat every day. Even if it is only for a few moments, experience this key to higher awareness. Shut down the inner dialogue and see the difference between the constant chatter and the bliss of your silent connection to the Universe. This is the surest way to ease control away from ego and move into the inner vision of peace that is your birthright.
  4. Remind yourself that the greatest technique for bringing peace into your life is to always choose being kind when you have a choice between being right or being kind. This is the single most effective method I know for having a sense of peace. And you have that choice in all your interactions.
When your higher self is present, it always promotes peace. If you have a question about whether it is your ego or your higher self speaking, the answer becomes obvious when you ask yourself, “Will this bring peace or turmoil to my life?” Peace is not found in being right or being hurt or being angry. By all means, work toward righting the wrongs you perceive, but do it with an understanding that an angry heart keeps you from knowing God on the path of your sacred quest. Peace will come to you when you a healer rather than a judge.

Live this moment

"There has been a great misunderstanding between life and time. Time is thought to be consisting of three tenses: past, present, future — which is wrong. Time consists only of past and future. It is life which consists of the present. So those who want to live, for them there is no other way than to live this moment. Only the present is existential" Osho

On Recognition

"Why you should bother about recognition? Bothering about recognition has a meaning only if you don´t love your work; then it is meaningful, then it seems to substitute. You hate the work, you don´t like it, but you are doing it because there will be recognition; you will be appreciated, accepted.
Rather than thinking about recognition, reconsider about your work. Do you love it? — then that is the end. If you do not love it, then change it!" Osho

18 Things I Wish Someone Told me When I was 18

"Be respectful of others & make them feel good. In life and business, it’s not so much what you say that counts, it’ how you make people feel. So respect your elders, minors & everyone in between. There are no boundaries or classes that define a group of people that deserve to be respected. Treat everyone with the same level of respect you would give to your grandfather & the same level of patience you would have with your baby brother. Supporting, guiding & making contributions to other people is one of life’s greatest rewards. In order to get, you have to give." Marc & Angel Hacklife

Physical and Spiritual Nature

Some say that you should not want money at all because the desire for money is materialistic and not Spiritual. But we want you to remember that you are here in this very physical world where Spirit has materialized. You cannot separate yourself from the aspect of yourself that is Spiritual, and while you are here in these bodies, you cannot separate yourselves from that which is physical or material. All of the magnificent things of a physical nature that are surrounding you are Spiritual in nature.
