Positive & Negative feedback

A rocket ship, when launched, spends 90% of its energy to get it off the ground, into space, in feedback and correction. In our lives, a very high percentage of our own “launching” comes through feedback. We need positive and negative feedback, support and challenge, to grow. It's been shown that we grow most when we are right at the border of support and challenge, or (you might say) of positive & negative feedback
